Food & Drink

Visitors to The Oystercatcher are welcome to drop by and enjoy a cold pint of craft ale in Will’s bar or a meal upstairs overlooking Rhosneigr’s sand dunes and Maelog Lake.

Alternatively, grab a hand-stretched pizza, loaded filthy fries or cool and interesting plancha dishes from Pat’s shack and drinks from the Dunes bar caravan!

Great food means using the best ingredients. The team here at The Oystercatcher have created a seasonal menu featuring the very best of British cuisine, showcasing the pub’s relationship with local farms and producers, from award-winning local family butchers to oysters freshly caught from the Menai Strait.

We’re passionate about pulling the perfect pint, from presentation to the quality of the beer. Our draught ales are complemented by international bottled beers and our regular guest ales are some of the best in the country.

Our resident lager is available on tap throughout the year and recurring guest ales include favourites from the award-winning Cheshire brewery, as well as North Wales’ ever popular Conwy Brewery.

Wines & Spirits

From classic French to New World, we have a selection of red, white, rose and sparkling wines available to order by the bottle or by the glass.

Our Spirits selection covers the classics, as well as some less common tipples. There are the usual suspects; gins, malt whiskies and brandies, to name a few, but we also have a soft spot for the lesser known Gosling’s Black Seal Rum and Grey Goose vodka.
